Delivery Information
UK Mainland orders
All items ordered from Glitterbelles are quality checked and lovingly wrapped to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. All delivery costs include all packaging materials as well as the actual postage.
Standard Recorded Delivery - Basic Packaging £4.95 per order.
Special Delivery* (next working day) - Basic Packaging £7.95 per order.
Free delivery for all orders over £100.00.
We carry all the stock that you see on our website however sometimes products may become unavailable before your order has been fulfilled. Whilst we take every step to ensure that this is prevented we cannot guarantee it, but we will contact you immediately if this happens.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day (dependent on our stock availability). However at busy times there may be a slight delay. Please note dispatch times are not the same as delivery times. All standard items will be sent 1st class, Recorded Delivery by Royal Mail. So if an item is damaged on arrival or gets lost in the post (Please note that the post office do not regard an item as missing until 15 days have passed), we will track and trace a missing item and offer, if possible, a replacement item or a full refund after the 15 days have passed.
Delivery times on standard orders are not guaranteed by the Royal Mail and can take longer to arrive then expected. Customers who need their orders urgently are strongly advised to select the SPECIAL DELIVERY option which is a next working day service and is guaranteed by the Royal Mail. This service does cost more but does offer the reassurance of knowing when your order will arrive. Please note Saturdays and Sundays are not regarded as working days.
Any damaged item will be refunded after the Royal Mail has concluded their investigation into the damaged item. Please note that the post office does investigate all claims for damaged and missing goods. Any items deliberately damaged and returned will be deemed as fraud and will be treated as such. This also applies to any false claims made regarding undelivered orders.
Should your goods arrive damaged please email us immediately so we can look into the matter. Customers are advised to retain all packaging as the Royal Mail may request to see it.
As already stated, all orders are quality checked prior to dispatch. In the unlikely event that you should have a problem with your order in any way please email us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
As items are sent Recorded Delivery a signature will be required for proof of delivery, therefore please ensure that someone will be available to sign for your order. We cannot be held responsible for items returned to the sorting office because delivery could not be made or failure to collect from the sorting office.
*Special Delivery
The special delivery option is available for customers who require their orders quickly. However, to avoid disappointment our customers we strongly advised to contact us first before choosing this option to confirm that we have the required item/s in stock and that the order can be dispatched as required.

European and International orders
We are happy to ship orders to European and other International destinations. Please click on our Currency Converter link on the Homepage to check the currency for your particular country. International orders may be placed online in the usual way and the charges are as follows:
Europe- first class International Signed for - Basic Packaging £ 8.95 per order.
Worldwide-first class International signed for - Basic Packaging £9.95 per order.
For European deliveries please allow 5-10 days.
For Worldwide deliveries please allow 7-14 days.
Please note that the time frames for International deliveries are only estimated. We cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery.
Customers are also asked to note that when delivering abroad, the goods may be subject to local Import Custom and Excise duty, which you the customer are responsible for paying. This is not applicable for deliveries to countries that are part of the EEC.
